This online training brings you up to date with the latest changes in payroll. Since all changes are also reflected in the BRZ software, the instructor explains what you will need to pay attention to in the future. Whether changes in contribution accounting, social insurance, weather-related absences, or collective agreement adjustments – the practical implementation of tasks and work is demonstrated using the BRZ solution.
Note: Legal changes are often only passed shortly before the turn of the year. The seminar content is, of course, continuously updated. Our update service guarantees you access to any updated seminar content or seminar materials in the BRZ learning world until 31.01.2027.

Data Protection/Technology
The web seminar will be conducted using Microsoft 365 Teams. If you do not use Teams, the meeting can simply be accessed through your internet browser (e.g., Chrome). In this case, you do not need a Teams license.
Communication between participants and speakers takes place verbally and via chat function. By clicking the participation link, you accept that other participants in the discussion can see the name you provided and – if you activate your camera – your image will also be transmitted.

Rules of Conduct
To ensure a productive meeting for all involved, we ask for fair play and adherence to some proven conversation rules:
- Please mute your microphone when you do not have a contribution to make.
- Please use the "Raise Hand" function to signal that you wish to speak. The speaker can then establish an order and give you the floor.
USE OF THE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT
Access to the Learning Environment
Access to BRZ online training and BRZ web seminars is personalized.
This means: A personal email address is required to participate. When participating in BRZ e-learning for the first time, you will receive an email with your personal access data to the BRZ Academy learning environment – consisting of a username and an automatically generated password for the first login.
At this first login, you will be asked to replace the password with your own personal password. If you participate in further BRZ online training or BRZ web seminars, your access data to the BRZ Academy learning environment will be saved.
You will receive a second email with information about your registration for the course you booked.
If you ever forget your password, you can reset it and have a new temporary password sent to you. To do this, please visit the website https://akademie.brz.eu .

From the day of registration, your booked course can be started, paused, and repeated for 30 or 60 days, depending on the course.
