The regulations on working hours are an essential aspect of employing workers. Within the framework of legal provisions, the collective agreement offers opportunities to adapt working hours to operational requirements. In particular, working time flexibilization is a suitable instrument. However, there are also numerous variants and design options, which are presented, among other things, based on the BRZ wage. Learn everything necessary about legal and collective agreement provisions and working time recording in the online training.
