Right of Withdrawal

If the customer withdraws from this contract, BRZ shall repay all payments received from the customer, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from the customer choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), no later than fourteen days from the day on which the notice of withdrawal from this contract is received by BRZ. For the repayment, BRZ uses the same means of payment that the customer used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with the customer.

BRZ may refuse the repayment until BRZ has received the goods back or the customer has provided proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever is earlier. The customer must return or hand over the goods to BRZ without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which they inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if the customer sends the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. The return costs are to be borne by the customer. The customer is only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods beyond what is necessary to check their condition, properties, and functioning.
